    add in the Pilates ring to The Teaser for some arm and extra core strengthening. Come in to Teaser, try to lift your legs as high as you can and squeeze the ring and roll back down. For every time you come up add on an extra squeeze on the ring. challenge yourself , see how many you can do .. you can also alt between the above and bringing the ring to the side of the body ..work both sides.
