Service Description

Create a stronger body and mind as the two go hand in hand. As a Pilates and Yin Yoga teacher I have your alignment, body type, spine shape and joints in mind as well as your mental health in mind when I train you nor just your strength goals. All of it is important and plays a vital role in achieving strength and it will be all of these things that I will be paying attention to as Your Trainer. Strength does not have to mean bulking out or gaining big muscles. It can literally mean gaining strength.


Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be paid in advance . You will be charged for the full 1 hour of the session if sessions are not cancelled 72 hours prior to your scheduled session.
