Founded in 2015, Nidderdale Pilates and Fitness is the product of my life long passion for fitness and exercise. Personal training for me is about 100% client focus and maximising results from each session by paying close attention to correct technique and posture. I work with my clients to develop resilience and positivity to improve mental as well as physical well being. Whatever your goal I am here to keep you on track to success.

Anyone can begin to practice Pilates even if you are unfit, overweight or recovering from injury. The main priority is to focus and learn to listen to our bodies and you will notice rapid improvements in strength and mobility. My mission is to provide classes that stimulate and engage you to become the best you can be.
I have regular weekly classes delivered on Zoom throughout the week with additional access to a back catalogue of various videos.
I was so lucky to find Jo when I decided to take up Pilates for the first time. She is a natural teacher - careful, precise and professional but also able to cheerfully encourage and motivate. Jo genuinely loves Pilates and is enthusiastic about sharing its physical and psychological benefits. After a year of lessons, I am fitter, more flexible and much stronger than I was twenty years ago!
