Anyone can begin to practice Pilates and everyone is welcome from complete beginner to any level, or recovering from injury or operation and need rehabilitation. When you are with me you are my priority. I have worked with many different bodies over the years and i expect the unexpected. No two bodies are the same and no body feels the same every day and week in their bodies which is why I am prepared for the unexpected, I am your teacher but I am led by what your body is capable of each time I see you. So when you show up and tell me of an injury or a niggle I will happily modify exercises for you. With consistency and effort you will notice rapid improvements in strength and mobility and flexibility in the spine and the whole body. My mission is to provide classes that stimulate and engage you to become stronger, more confident, with increased body awareness, improved posture and flexibility in the spine the hamstrings and the whole back. you can be all of these things and you are never to old to learn and nobody is too stiff to try , come with an open mind and a little patience as the body takes time to open up and adjust .
I have regular weekly classes In Ripon on Mondays at 7pm above Yorkshire Trading in upstage Academy. At Hampsthwaite Memorial Hall on Wednesdays at 7pm
and In Glasshouses at Broad
