This Style of Yoga is a still practice holding poses for longer to allow time for each pose to get through the muscles into the tissues that lay deep beneath the muscles that traditional stretches and other styes of Yoga cannot reach a wonderful accompaniment to any Other style of Yoga Pilates or exercise as Yin Yoga is the gift that keeps on giving as long as you keep practicing and your reward is to feel amazing in all your other exercises.
